Purchase many orders over last few years ,only ever had to call the shop once and even then my issue was resolved.to.my liking before they'd even answered the phone
Just seems they know what they are doing and loving their new own labels brands
Plus the reward chips are really useful
I always pay for the tracked delivery and never had anything missing or damaged
