The LSC have been my go-to seed bank for several years now. Very reasonable prices, no shipping fees and excellent costumer service!
The one negative comment that I have is that you need to restock much more often. There are some breeders (anesia seeds & original sensible seeds for eg) who have been almost totally out of stock for a year now! And this is no exaggeration, as I check the site on an almost daily basis.
