Very disappointed with the shipment, they sent the letter using Fedex and it stopped at customs. It's common sense Fedex parcels stops for tax purpose, I thought they will send the letter using royal mail as a normal letter. They should use an option for customers to choose which shipping option to choose when checking out. I lost all the money; they do not reship now. Never deal with this place.
