I have many Loop products including 3 rods (1 SH & 2 DH) and & 4 reels. All are of the highest quality (my opinion and that of a well-known rod maker of my acquaintance). The reels are bullet-proof. The customer service has been excellent on the very few instances that I needed it; problems that I authored.
