I am very happy with Loop Sweden, however I am totally annoyed and disappointed with Loop Norway as I ordered a GDC Shooting Line S6/S7 #10 wt rod on 04/08/23, money taken from my account & no answer from their phone , I have rang approx 10 times & emailed 4 times & no response. The order id is 183743. I have listed this as a complaint on their Facebook page and will also go globally if required as this is totally unacceptable and damn bad business ethics. I am a regular customer of your site and the only reason I went to them is that they had this line in stock and you had not. I would appreciate if you can contact your associate in Norway and convey my utter disappointment in them and I will also be seeking legal advice regarding them debiting my account and no goods sent to me.
