since fishing catch and release,I use single hooks only and have experimented with various brands of hook.classic patterns in either feather or hairwing are my choice of flies rather than longtail flies and out of the 5 fish I hooked on the Loop singles 4 were landed this autumn so my initial thoughts are that they are a good single hook 4 landed out of 5 is a fair ratio I think andI have landed a good number of sea trout also , so a thumbs up from me tighlines everybody
