The delivery was very quick, it arrived within a couple of days. However, I do have an issue with your voucher policy. I was given £20 worth of vouchers for Christmas to spend in the on-line shop, in the form of 2 x £10 vouchers. When I tried using them I found out that I was only allowed to use one voucher at a time. I don't think this policy is strictly legal and, even if it is legal, it isn't very fair. These aren't vouchers cut off the side of a cereal packet, they are vouchers that have been paid for in cash, so Lord's had already received the money. I am able to use multiple vouchers at other on-line sites (ITunes, Amazon, etc.) so I don't see why Lord's should be any different. To sell vouchers for cash & then state you can only use one voucher per transaction is unfair & tantamount to extortion. I was only able to resolve this after several phone calls to the on-line shop where I eventually received a code for £20 that I was able to use on my purchase. I think this policy should be changed immediately to avoid further issues.
