I was very unhappy with the whole process. I ordered something early December, only for it to be delivered very late February. The worst issue though was the lack of information and feedback on what was happening. I would get an email saying I will find out what's happening and then get back to you, only to be met with a months silence.
I will not buy from the shop online again, as much as I want to support Lords.
