The t-shirt I ordered was not cheap and I was expecting a good quality. The one I received was of a rather rough material and the badge was missing so much that I would consider it to have the look of a 'total breakdown' rather than 'distressed' as in the reply I received! This was the excuse for not refunding my postage. This was very unfortunate as it was a surprise for my husband's birthday ahead of a tour of the ground. "Unfortunately we can only refund the cost of the T-Shirt as it is not faulty. The T-Shirt is manufactured to have the ‘distressed’ look and this is correct on the T-Shirt you have returned to us. The website’s image depicts the design on the T-Shirt."
