I am writing this from Australia. Dealing with any organisation from afar can always have its problemsbut I have not found this to be the case here.Having had to deal with my puchases over the phone and because of the time differences no problems have been experieced here. Staff have always been friendly and courteous and have always gone out of their way to put my mind at rest. There will certainly be future transactions as the needs arise.
