Very good customer service on the telephone and quite easy to order tour tickets online.
HOWEVER: why can't I select a date and time when purchasing a tour ticket as opposed to having to phone Lords and book the particular day/time once I have received the tour ticket through the post.... 'seems to bit backwards and non-customer friendly to me ??!
