Although the vouchers were received in good time they had been creased badly in the post. They are a gift (which is probably always the case) and look shabby. I associate Lord's Cricket Ground with quality and sadly the creased vouchers do not reflect this. They could come in a smart envelope and really should have 'please do not bend on the outside'.
First impressions count and I had hoped my nephew would be excited upon opening his gift.
