I had ordered Ashes Urn replica, a hooded jacket and a key ring for my friend who is a cricket aficionado. I was disappointed to see the size and quality of urn. It was no match for the price. The jacket was reasonably good quality but the print of Lords logo was in poor quality. The keyring was okay. Overall I found the items to be over-priced.
But the customer service was very good. I wanted it within 2 days and they did.
