Although I was very disappointed that your website for the online shop had crashed on Sunday, and that when I phoned on Monday, several of the 200 year Anniversary souvenir items were out of stock after being advertised in a national newspaper last weekend, I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff on the phone. Together we managed to find something , and they made sure it was dispatched and arrived in time for me to give as a Birthday gift.
