I had ordered a XXL size Lord's Bicentenary T-Shirt Blue colour. Instead I received yesterday a S (small) size right colour but totallly wrong size. I now have the palava of returning the product and there is no indication on your delivery note of who is going to pay for the return postage. I am very, very disappointed and it is unlikely I shall return to your online site again. I would have thought for an organisation of such high repute such a mistake or carelessness is more appropriate word is most unbusinesslike.
