Our grandson lost his cricket hat from Lords the day after we went on the wonderful tour. I got on to the Lords website that day and ordered a replacement hat. Amazingly, despite it being after dinner, I got a confirmation email straight away. The hat arrived when it said it would and the p&p was so reasonable and the hat really represents value for money. I fell in love with Lords on the tour and I am even more enamoured of the service the shop provides.
