Ordering procedure simple enough, though ordered two books and they came from two different sources. The first one arrived promptly, though there was slight damage to the spine. The second arrived two days later.
Overall, pleased with this order and although I usually visit Lord's a couple of times a year and buy from the shop, on this occasion I was laid up with a foot injury so was unable to visit. Would use the online ordering if necessary in the future.
