I've purchased online a personalised England t shirts . After placing the order I did realise my mistake and wanted to add ENGLAND at the back of my shirt . So straight away I called customer service , some female representative assured me over the phone it's not an issue and she will get it sorted ..
After long 2 weeks wait my shirt was delivered today . Totally dissapoointed with that . They did not add ENGLAND . For a large shirt , it's quiet big too. Very thin garments . Might rip it with a gentle force ..
Not happy at all . ..
