In order to buy a voucher for a tour for my husbands birthday ----it was so much easier to phone and speak to a very pleasant young lady than cope with ordering online.
Phone request was accomplished within a few minutes------voucher duly received in 3 days and a pleasure to deal with true customer service than cope with the vagaries of the internet.
Well done---can't wait to see my husbands face when he opens it!
