I ordered a cricket book online in December 2014 and was told it was not in stock but would be ordered from the supplier. I then heard nothing from Lords Online Shop for several weeks and when I sent them an e-mail (in January 2015) the reply was to the effect that it was out of print and would I like to order another book or receive a refund. I ordered another book which I am satisfied with (and did not have to pay the £3 difference in the prices of the two books) But the point is that if I had not "chased" Lords Shop for the original book would I still be waiting for it without any news from them? Surely they should have told me it was out of print when I first ordered it?
