I wanted to book 2 tickets for the Lords tour but wasn't sure how to go about it. I sent an e-mail asking a few questions. Natasha and Izzy in the Museum and tours office replied very quickly and efficiently. I sent a couple more e-mails to them and they couldn't be more helpful each time giving me all of the information I needed to book the tour which I have now done. Thanks again for making the process so easy and I have already received my tickets.
