The duvet cover and pillow cases I ordered was out of stock for a while but Love Bedtime kept me up to date with when it was expected, when it came back in stock, and when it was despatched. This so rarely happens! Unfortunately, there was a delay by UPS and I let LB know. Chris responded immediately and monitored the progress for me. I received it earlier and I'm delighted. It's such lovely quality. This is a great company and I really appreciate the personal service that made me feel that my custom was valued. I'll be using them again.
