Recently purchased Delilah cover, but unfortunately the zip is broken and does not work.
Despite several tele calls and emails I cannot get a reply from Love Bedtime.
The cover has been returned, but no acknowledgement.
Does no one check mail or check tele recordings? I guess not, so all the nice words go for nothing.
Worst customer service I have had for years from a supplier.
