Poor quality expensive faulty product with non-existent customer service. Feeling scammed.
I used this duvet once and the zip is broken. I contacted the company 5 times (3 emails and 2 calls) no response to either. The phone number seems to be home phone and goes through to a generic sky voicemail message.
At least set your email and phone messages to out of office so your customers know what going on.
I emailed them today I’d leave this review if I didn't hear from them.
I want a refund for this faulty product!!!
