The order confirmation came through straightaway but unfortunately, the delivery took much longer than expected. After a week or so, I sent a couple of emails and eventually received an update explaining the delay. It's a shame this wasn't sent much earlier.
It was definitely worth the wait though - the duvet cover is brilliant!
