Customer service was awesome, had a lil mistake and they redoing my book right now and gonna send it back at no charge.. the 1st one i got was amazing.. very cute different gift 1st book i got within a week fast amazing service I cannot wait to give it to my boyfriend cause i know he will appreciate that its so original And i definitely will use them again for my parents and my best friend...
