The website was extremely user-friendly to create a book! The end product turned out amazing. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but it ended up not arriving anywhere near the given timeframe. The company was so generous and gave me a free digital copy to make up for the shipping delays, and the people were so nice to work with. I will be using this site again, and would recommend it to anyone interested!
