My first print happened to ship around the beginning of the holiday season & it ended up getting lost at usps or delayed or something(I’m not sure). However, after contacting LoveBooks customer service they looked into it for me & printed me a new book with upgraded shipping for free! I was really really hoping to have it before New Years since it was a special occasion & now I will! I’m very happy & satisfied!
