At first, I was a bit skeptical as some of the reviews mentioned delays in shipping. However, after ordering/receiving my book, I believe the majority of issues are with unrealistic expectations from last-minute shoppers. My order was processed quickly. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process. I was provided a tracking number upon shipping. And I received my book 1-day after the 'estimated' delivery date. Key word there is - ESTIMATED. In my opinion, 1-day after the estimated date is fantastic. If you shopped late and expect a miracle delivery, that has nothing to do with LoveBook
