The finished product is INCREDIBLE!!! The only issue I had was paid for the expidited shipping to make sure the book was here on time. I ordered the book on the 26th of November. I know it takes time to make the product according to the website.It got here today 12/17 safely and undamaged. They did refund my money for the shipping which is great! What I'm confused on is the shipping label said Rochester Hills, MI and the tracking had my book all over Dallas/Irving Texas for 5 days till it finally said Arrived in Detroit, MI. I live in Lake Orion, MI which is 15 minute's from Rochester Hills. It's an enigma I'm still trying ro figure out. But I would order again. The customer service is exceptional!
