I couldn’t be any happier with my Lovebook! I got it for my wife for our 10yr anniversary, and she cried while reading through it. The time it took from creation to delivery was superb! Also, the customer service is phenomenal. I accidentally ordered the book with the wrong colored eyes for my wife, and noticed later that day. Even though I accepted a statement acknowledging there couldn’t be any changes. I contacted customer support, and they accepted the eye color change. Thank you all for the amazing product, and I highly recommend others to get one for themselves!
