I want to start by expressing how STELLAR their customer service is. I was quite indecisive and Trista was extremely patient and beyond helpful during the entire process. I love the user friendly customization and the additional clothing options under “Objects”. I did experience an issue with the printed book. It appears they use different print facilities and my first order printed the complexions much darker than they appear online. But customer service quickly resolved this issue and sent them to another printer which was more accurate. I cannot wait to give this to my partner, I can imagine his reaction!! THANK YOU LOVE BOOK!!
