I am satisfied especially with customer support of love book. I ordered book but I received only empty envelope...book probably slipped out somewhere on the way. Customer support immediately ordered me a new book and sent it with UPS. I received it in 3 days. Thank you again and I really recommend Love book. It is very nice idea to make easily personilized book!
