Creating the book was a delight in itself, but the customer service was A++! After being shipped my book ended up getting lost. After contacting customer service with my delima they diligently remade a new book for me and upgraded my shipping with no charge! Got my book the next day! Absolutely thrilled with it and I can't wait to give it to my significant other for Christmas.
