Love Book has been awesome with both their product and customer service. My first shipment had a page that was ripped in manufacturing and the team immediately priorty shipped another one out to me. While seemingly pricey the ability to create an everlasting book with an easy user interface has made this a fun process. Thanks so much for the ability to create a beautiful and meaningful gift. :D
