Genuinely surprised by the whole experience: from website navigating and creating, to order processing and delivery. The LoveBook I created fairly easily, with some time for quality choices, is beautiful and arrived in a decent amount of time considering CoVid19 delays with everything. I am confident that it will be very well received by the person for whom it was created!
