Quality in product and service. Customer service were very friendly, helpful and informative in their Facebook site. The application is really easy to use. It is pretty intuitive and if one does not know how to use it, there are always great tutorials at the website. The quality of the book is really nice and the delivery time (I got it sent to Germany) was even faster than the date they said it would be here! And if one is not truly creative, the pre-made phrases and/or themes offered are more than good enough to make a nice and lovely gift for your partner.
