Let me start by saying the love book that was created is absolutely adorable, better quality than I expected and I'm totally in love with it and can not wait to give it as a gift in 2 more weeks! I had an experience where the original book arrived damaged and the level of customer service I received was absolutely extraordinary. Not only was Jen pleasant and professional but she was apologetic for the mishap and accommodating with getting a new book printed up and shipped out immediately so that I would have the gift well in time for the occasion!!!
