The customer service was extremely quick and responsive! My book was slightly damaged on arrival but within hours of filing my complaint they had processed the complaint, scheduled a new print, ordered an express delivery, and informed me of this process! So yes, I'm very happy with the service. If your book has a fabrication flaw, just tell them!
