It would be no stars as I never received my book It cost 45 + postage costs, spent my time designing it for our 1yr anniversary and I'm still waiting a month later Not happy **** The very helpful customer service team contacted me to resolve this matter and I am happy to amend my review Service was prompt, I was kept updated on what they intended to do and have this morning received my item. It's a lovely little book and I know it will be cherished. Thanks Love Book Online
