I submitted my order and the tracking number kept showing that the package never arrived at UPS. I contacted customer support and they recognized that the package was lost and reprinted and expedited the shipping on the newly printed book so that it would arrive before my anniversary. As a husband, I appreciate not having to explain that the anniversary gift was lost in the mail and will be late :) Thank you for your help in getting my book to arrive on time!
