I am amazed by the quality of the book. The customer support team is efficient and professional. I was in contact with Trista who work with me in finding ways to get my book delivered. When UPS could not locate my package Which was not lovebooks fault), Trista went above and beyond to refund me the delivery fee as well as offering to reprint my book and ship it express at no cost.
