The manufacturing of the book was super fast. I believe within a day of placing my order, the book was already being shipped. However, I was disappointed that the book did not deliver on the expected date. The book arrived two days late. I reached out to customer service and they were able to help me out and refund me for the shipping cost. I’m giving LoveBook a five star rating because designing the book was fun and easy. I was impressed with how the book turned out and the quality of their customer service. Awesome job!
