Wonderful customer service. Had a problem with shipping (not the fault of LoveBook) and LoveBook immediately arranged for quick shipment of a replacement book. The book itself is great and high quality. No body should hesitate to deal with LoveBook for a unique and special present. Don't hesitate to design your own pages - it was sooo easy!
