I love the product but the shipping leaves way more to be desired. The packaging the item comes in is wonderful and the product is amazing. But it took forever for the recipient to receive their gift because of constant issues with the package being lost in shipping. I was able to contact customer service and they were super helpful and were able to send a replacement but this company needs to consider changing to some better form of shipping service as this one is a nightmare.
