Hey there everyone I have them a 5 star rating because they went over my expectations , the reason for that is that when I made my purchase they gave me a great deal , second when I revived my book for my wife it was damaged a bit but they did everything the correct and professional way to get me another book super fast and she loved it ! , third reason is they give you a copy threw your phone I downloaded mine into my iPhone app for books so now I have one when ever where ever I want .
