Web site was easy to navigate, secured checkout, got charged the correct amount on my credit card, the order arrived before the estimated delivery time (I chose express to have a tracking number) and the book is well made and super cute, exactly as I expected (I chose hard cover). I only wish we could customize the avatars a bit more, if there could be more options for face and hair details and more clothing options as well. But still very cute and can't wait to give it to my partner on our special occasion!
