The book was very nice and I really enjoyed making it. The poor shipping and aggravation I experienced from your Customer Satisfaction and lack of support makes me regret that I am a subscriber. Even with the future discount as a member, I no longer see myself using your service. Not being able to speak to a live person only added to my angst.
