First, Lovebook really came through when I desperately needed a great idea for a gift and this fit perfectly. Second, it was sooooo easy and soooo much fun to create my book. Third, when I got my book back and noticed a typo, Lovebook offered me a free book WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING FOR IT! Fourth, the final product was of an UNBELIEVABLE quality...I mean it....UNBELIEVABLE. Fifth, the delivery time was exactly as stated. Sixth, AND THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE...my wife absolutely LOVED IT. She was laughing and tearing up all at once. There is only one negative thing to say and that is that I don't think I can top this gift for her next big occassion. I am dead serious.
