After the trauma of smashing my screen for the first time, I was super impressed with the service and incredibly happy when I first walked out of the store. The overall rating, however, was lowered by the fact that my screen began acting strangely a few minutes after I walked out of the store and has kept doing so periodically. Though it seems to be something I can fix by locking and unlocking my phone, I will be returning to the store within the next few days to have it checked out.
Five start service if it weren't for that glitch, though!
